This uses Fabian Kurz's amazing
jscwlib
to make a simple interactive text-to-morse tool to learn morse code.
The idea is to flash the character being played so that our brain
can learn to associate the sound to the character intuitively.
The suggested minimum speed, as per Koch method, is 12wpm with no extra
spacing between characters.
