II am a post-doctoral associate at the New York University in Abu Dhabi, in the research group of Dr. Qingtao Chen.
Until recently, I was a visiting assistant professor in Budpest at the Alfréd Rényi Institute under Prof. András Stipcisz.
From July to November 2018, I was a post-doctoral researcher at the Durham University, supported by a joint scholarship Accademia dei Lincei/Royal Society, under the supervision of Prof. Andrew J. Lobb.
From October to December 2017, I was a visiting post-doc at the IMT in Toulouse, under the supervision of Prof. Francesco Costantino.
I was awarded my Ph.D. in 2017 from the University of Florence, under the supervision of Prof. Paolo Lisca.
My research interests include: knot theory, low dimensional topology, and contact topology. I am broadly interested in link and 3-manifold invariants arising from representations of quantum groups, and their relationship with Floer-theoretic invariants. Moreover, I am also interested in the study of concordance of knots and links, and in the study of the symmetries of links.
